Good to know
- Paige supports Gmail and Google Workspace. SMTP isn’t available.
- If you change your Google password, reconnect your account. Until you do, Paige uses the default templates and sending domain.
- The client handover email and media upload alert can’t be customized. Both go to the Paige account admin.

What is a white label SEO report?

Can Paige send emails from my own address?
Yes, from your Gmail or Google Workspace address. Connect your Google account in Settings › White Label › Email Settings and your address becomes the sender.
Which email providers work?
Gmail and Google Workspace. SMTP setup isn’t available.
Where do client replies go?
To your inbox. Emails Paige sends for you also show up in your Sent folder.
Which emails can I customize?
Twelve, including the new audit report, the weekly progress report, approval requests and review alerts. The client handover email and media upload alert can’t be edited.
Do I have to build templates from scratch?
