- Weekly progress updatesOnce a week: everything Paige did last week and everything planned for next week. Every item is clickable, so you can see the exact post, reply or video.
- Google Business Profile change alertsIf Google or anyone else edits your profile, Paige shows the before and after so you can keep the change or change it back. Paige never blocks changes on its own.
- Automated report sendingYour monthly report is emailed as soon as it’s ready, to whoever you choose, with a BCC if you like.
- Proactive review remindersGo about five days without a new review and Paige sends your review link with ideas to get more.
- Proactive image remindersWhen you’re about to run out of photos, Paige sends your upload link and password so a teammate can add more from their phone.
- Approval requestsIf you approve content first, Paige emails a preview a few days before a post or video is due, and within about 30 minutes of a new review. Approve or edit right from the email.
- Appreciation messagesGet several great reviews in a week, or upload enough photos to last for months, and Paige congratulates you with your updated rating and review count.

- Paige can also ask what’s new in your business, as often as you choose, and turn your reply into a post after the approver signs off.
