Now that you've been reading our weekly newsletter consistently, your Google Business Profile is probably ranking #1 on Google Maps (right??), which is why this week we're going to cover what to do once you get that sweet steady stream of website clicks and phone calls.

Even if you're not ranking #1 on Google Maps yet, these tips will help you adjust your marketing efforts to give Google signals that people care about your business so they show you to more people. Here are some things you can optimize starting today:

• Place a call to action button on your website header. It should be something like: "Call Now" "Book Appointment" or "Contact Us".

• Add a contact form on your site to let people easily request more information if they don't want to speak with someone immediately.

• Splatter your customer reviews all over your website. You want people who go to your website to be convinced you're the right person to solve their problem, which reviews tend to do well.

• Start a weekly or monthly newsletter to keep people engaged between them looking at your website and when they're ready to purchase. I couldn't count on 50 hands how many customers we've gotten thanks to this very newsletter).

• Set up a weekly reminder to call all the leads that reached out to you who haven't closed yet. It might take weeks of calling someone to get ahold of them finally, and that's OK.
