Don't put too much stock into it
Stock photos can be a lifesaver – right? Well, not always.
If you're looking for imagery for your Google Business Profile & updates, you actually want to avoid stock images and anything that isn't original. This is because Google will be able to detect that those images aren't yours, defeating the purpose of uploading them in the first place.
This can hurt your business profile's authority on Google, especially if you're a common offender. Business Profiles should only contain original content, plain and simple.
Here are some original photos you may want to include on your profile:
Exteriors and interior shots of the business
Product photos
Service trucks
Common areas and rooms
Team photos
